Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind, you're welcome to return your item(s) under the following conditions: 

Eligibility for Returns

• Your return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
• Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
• All products must be in new, saleable condition.

If these conditions aren’t met, the item may be returned to you at an additional shipping charge.

How to Return an Item:

1. Reuse your original satchel by turning it inside out — this helps reduce waste and supports more sustainable practices.
2. Fill out the returns slip provided and place it inside the package
3. Take your parcel to your nearest post office to arrange and pay for return shipping — please note, a return label is not included.

Important: Always keep your tracking number, as we can’t take responsibility for lost returns.

Exchanges 

If you’d like to exchange an item, please clearly indicate the product name and desired size on the returns form.

Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email and begin processing your refund to your original payment method.
